1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • The item is not a final sale or non-returnable product (e.g. socks, insoles, or cleaning kits).
  • Discounted, promotional, or sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, customer must:

  • Contact us via our support email or form within 14 days of delivery.
  • Provide order number and reason for return.
  • Await confirmation and return instructions from our support team.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Items purchased on sale or using a discount code are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • In the event of a defect or wrong item, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • We will cover full return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
