- Discounted, promotional, or sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, customer must:

- Provide order number and reason for return.
- Await confirmation and return instructions from our support team.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- We are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges
