At the present time, we only ship orders within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Our shipping services are not available for international destinations. We aim to serve our local customers with the fastest and most reliable delivery possible.

Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving payment.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days (Sunday–Thursday) are typically processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, during weekends, or on national holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once processed, your order will be handed over to our delivery partners for shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time

We proudly offer fast delivery across all governorates in Egypt. After processing, your order is expected to be delivered within
1 to 2 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary based on your location within Egypt and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website or via email newsletters.

Delivery Attempts & Issues

  • Our delivery partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your order.
  • If no one is available, the courier will try to contact you via the phone number provided.
  • If delivery fails, your order may be returned to our warehouse, and we’ll reach out to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply).
